J&K Dog Care, recognized as a premiere boarding facility, provides personal care and attention for dogs. In order to keep all of our furry friends as well as our staff, happy, healthy and safe, we request that all vaccinations are up to date.
Our boarding agreement
I agree to pay for all boarding and other services provided to my dog(s) while in the care of J&K Dog Care. My dog(s) are current on all their vaccinations; DHLPP, Rabies, Leptospirosis & Bordetella. If my dog has recently received the Bordetella vaccination, I have waited the full incubation period prior to boarding. However, just like children in a daycare dogs occasionally share minor illnesses. It is still possible for a pet to become ill through a communicable disease even if vaccinated. I agree that J&K Dog Care is not liable for any illness suffered by my Dog during or after its stay, including Trachebronchitis (canine cough). J&K Dog Care will make every effort to contact me and /or my emergency contact, but in the event of an emergency, I authorize J&K Dog Care to provide any necessary care including medical attention, special care or administering medications and I will pay for any additional costs that may occur as a result. I agree to pay for excessive damage to the facility caused by my dog and I take full responsibility (including financial) for the consequences of any aggressive or injurious behaviours of my dog(s). If I abandon my dog(s) with J&K Dog Care, I authorize J&K Dog Care to take any action they deem appropriate. Check out time is 11:00am on departure day; for an additional charge my dog can stay and play until end of business day. We are not responsible for chewed or damaged bedding that accompanies your dog.
Please let us know if another person picking up if other than the owner/agent (ID required at time of pickup).
Social Media
In the event that we take pictures and/or video of your dog, we ask for your permission to display these pictures and/or video on social media sites. These sites could include, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Twitter, Yelp, Google+. Although we try our best to capture a picture of each pup, there is no guarantee that pictures will take place. (Signature required)
Community Play
J&K Dog Care uses necessary precautions when socializing guests. By allowing your dog(s) to socialize you understand that your dog(s) may become injured through play and you do not hold J&K Dog Care responsible for injuries, damages or costs that may result. (Signature required)

J&K Dog Care will only use or disclose your personal information with your consent. We will only retain your information as long as necessary to fulfill identified purposes.
